  嚴(yán)寒的冬季又悄悄的走進(jìn)我們的生活了,而我們的生活作息也再慢慢的改變,不會(huì)在怕太陽把我們曬醒,那么冬季作息時(shí)間表,怎樣才更健康,更適合我們呢?這個(gè)我感覺還是要因人而異,不過作為學(xué)生,還是有必要看看一下的生活作息表的;

  第 一 節(jié)·····························8:00—8:45

  課 間 操·····························9:40—10:00

  第 三 節(jié)·····························10:10—10:55

  第 四 節(jié)·····························11:05—11:50

  午    飯······························11:50

  預(yù)    備······························14:20

  第 五 節(jié)·····························14:30—15:15

  第 六 節(jié)·····························15:25—16:10

  第 七 節(jié)·····························16:20—17:05

  課外活動(dòng)····························17:05—18:00
